Practical for morning train, good standard bathroom. Friendly receptionist. Neat and clean, contrasts surroundings. Challenging to find due to chaotic traffic. Helpful staff, nice shower. Newly renovated room. Loved rooms, super clean, great decor. Close to airport bus and metro. Helpful, English-speaking staff.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay. Secondly, the basic amenities in the rooms were well-maintained and everything was spotlessly clean. I particularly appreciated the small balcony attached to my room, which provided a nice little outdoor space. Lastly, the location of the hotel was ideal, right in front of the main train station, making it very convenient for exploring the city.
While everything else was great, there was one minor issue that could be improved. The breakfast served was quite basic, with limited options.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Napoli Centrale train station, making it extremely easy to travel to and from the hotel. The rooms are clean, with well-maintained bathrooms and responsive service. Some guests have also praised the decent WiFi and the breakfast options, including tea, milk, and lunch items like cheese and ham. Being in an old building adds charm to the overall experience.
There were occasional issues with the room keys, causing inconvenience for some guests.
